eGift Cards
An eGift Card will be emailed directly to the recipient or straight to you to print out and give to the lucky recipient. Please note that there may be a short delay in receiving your eGift card confirmation (see details under Fraud Screening below)

Fraud Screening
Please note that eGift Cards are subject to a very strict screening process to help protect our online customers from potential fraud. Therefore please note that the email confirmation of your Gift Card purchase may be subject to a delay of up to 24 hours. If you continue to experience any further delay with your confirmation, please contact us via Customer Support.

Terms and Conditions
SparkRemedy e-Gift Cards issued in Australia can only be used for purchases within Australia. SparkRemedy e-Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and are redeemable in Australia only. Please treat your e-Gift Card as cash, it cannot be replaced if lost or stolen and cannot be exchanged for cash.

e-Gift Cards can only be paid for using Visa, American Express, MasterCard or ApplePay and are unable to be purchased using PayPal, Afterpay or another SparkRemedy Gift Card.
